    An Ultra Rare, Top Quality, LARGE Anzu wyleii hand (manus) claw from the Hell Creek Fm. of SE Montana. Another July 2019 Fossil of the Month. Anzu is referred to as the "Chicken from Hell" as it grew to 11 feet long and 600 lbs. An exceptional manus claw. High quality rich brown color and patina. This specimen has incredible perservation with fantastic surfaces - no pitting, nicks, wear or crushing - superb surface articulation! The claw profiles are straight as an arrow.The proximal end is exceptional. This is a killer claw! There is some professional restoration which is typical for a big Anzu wyleii manus claw. The tip has a small section repaired - about 1/4" at the largest point (see photos - slight change in color). High quality enamel with some enamel missing. Excellent overall quality and preservation. Exceptional anterior and good posterior serrations. Excellent growth waves near cutting edge.     A Top Quality, Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth - upper jaw tooth from Aurora, No. Carolina. This Megalodon has a fantastic blue over tan colored crown and excellent root beer colored bourlette.
