This megatooth shark lived during the late Oligocene and Miocene. The Chubutensis teeth exhibits small cutting edge "bumps" at the base of the crown which are remnants of side cusps that completely disappear with the Megalodon shark teeth. We offer Chubutensis teeth from Florida, Lee Creek (Aurora NC), No. Carolina, Peru, and So. Carolina. Authenticity guaranteed.
