A GEM, 5-1/16" Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth - ANTERIOR tooth. Our April 2017 Fossil of the Month. This Megalodon has an incredible light golden tan colored crown with an excellent hazel brown bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Exceptional golden tan color! The serrations are razor sharp with an exceptional tip serration. Nearly PERFECT serrations. Exceptional serrations for a big Meg! The root is an excellent tan color with few no hydration cracks and a "root ear" which is characteristic of the Miocene Megs. Our November FOTM is a HIGH QUALITY ~6" Carcharodontosaurus tooth. This tooth is huge! An excellent brown color. High quality enamel with some enamel missing. Excellent overall quality and preservation. Exceptional anterior and good posterior serrations. Excellent growth waves near cutting edge. Large position tooth in jaw - extra wide crown. You can see a faint crack parallel to the anterior serrations on one side only, but no breaks. Absolutely no cracks running across the tooth. It has not been filled or painted. This is an all natural tooth which is quite rare for a XXL Carch tooth. A Museum Quality EXTRA LARGE tooth. This is my last top quality 5"+ Charcharodontosaur tooth and the second largest Carch tooth that I have seen. (The largest tooth was 6" and it was selling for $7k!). Serrated edge measures 4-1/2"+. Authenticity guaranteed! A monster Carcharodontosaurus tooth like this won't last long!

Rare copper red colors with rich reds and red-brown colors. The bourlette is very good. The serrations are sharp with a worn tip. Excellent color! Incredible size and excellent overall condition. An EXTRA LARGE, Top Quality Tyrannosaurus rex tooth. This crown measures 4" and is extra thick (1-1/2"). The high quality 4"+ teeth are the "holy grail" collector's T-Rex tooth. The enamel is excellent with small area of minor root etching (no discoloration). Excellent anterior and posterior serrations. There is one break (about mid tooth) that required some fill (see photos). T-Rex was the apex during the late Cretaceous with massive teeth capable of crushing its prey. See the detailed description to determine how to tell a real T-Rex tooth! Legally collected on private land in the Hell Creek Fm., Carter Co., Montana.
