A LARGE, Top Quality Ptychodus mortoni, an extinct durophagous (shell-crushing) shark, tooth from Dallas Co., Texas. An excellent example of this Upper Cretaceous Eagle Ford Fm. tooth. These  teeth have a design that includes a high cusp with radiating occlusal ridges extending across the cusp face. Authenticity guaranteed. P. mortoni is a rare species in Texas, and when teeth get this large they are extremely rare!

A rare, EXTRA LARGE top quality Carcharoides totuserratus from Chubut Province, Argentina. This is the rare serrated Carcharoides tooth from the early Miocene. A Lamnid shark. A Quality Coloborhynchus moroccensis tooth, a Cretaceous pterosaur, from the Kem Kem deposits of SE Morocco. Very well preserved.  Nicely articulated. These teeth are early late Cretaceous age (Cenomanian). Great brown color. A RARE, Top Quality Saurornitholestes langstoni (raptor) tooth from Montana. Saurornitholestes langstoni, “Langston's lizard-bird thief”, is currently the only described Judith River Fm. raptor, and it is a close relative of Velociraptor. This tooth is 1/4"+ which is a typical size. The enamel is excellent with a great brown color. This species is known for large posterior serrations that will turn upwards. Excellent posterior (distal) and anterior (mesial) serrations. No repair or restoration. This is a Campanian age tooth (approx. 76 MYA).
