A rare, Top Quality Megalodon - upper jaw anterior tooth from West Java, Indonesia - new site. This Megalodon has an excellent dark tan & light brown colored tooth with a vivid light tan & brown stripped bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Excellent color!  The bourlette is large and 98%+ complete. The serrations are razor sharp and essentially complete with an excellent tip serration. Excellent serrations. Wide shape. A Top Quality, 5-5/16" Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth - upper jaw tooth. This Megalodon has an incredible tan colored crown with an excellent brown bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Exceptional color!  The serrations are razor sharp with an unique pathologic tip. Tip has a slight twist and serrations were not formed. Very strange. The root is an excellent tan color and extra wide (4-5/8") with typical hydration cracks and absolutely complete. This Megalodon was found in the Pungo River Formation, Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina (Miocene age = 14.5 MYA). An excellent BIG collector's tooth from the old days at Lee Creek mine! A rare, incredibly preserved, juvenile Woolly Mammoth (Mammuthus primigenius), an early elephant, tusk found in North Sea. An October Fossil of the Month. Mammoths were present in this area during the Late Pleistocene Ice Age. Fatastic natural color!  A complete tusk with natural wear on the tip. Completely fossilized. Weighs 1.5 lbs. A rare, TOP QUALITY Triceratops horridus hoof core (pes claw) from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. Triceratops was a large ceratopsian dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation which is known for three horns and a large frill protecting its neck. This adult hoof core has exceptional detail preserved and excellent color & patina. Note - Triceratops hoof cores are generally smaller than Hadrosaur, have a very rugous surface, have a characteristeristic "shallow ledge" on the under side, have less height than Hadrosaur, and are much more difficult to find. This hoof core has  the correct features is is incredibly preserved. Legally collected on private land in Carter Co., Montana. Authenticity guaranteed. True Triceratops hoof cores are very difficult to locate, and this is a unique example!

An Ultra Rare, TOP QUALITY Spicomellus afer spike osteoderm from the earliest known Ankylosaur found in the Boulemane region of Morocco. A March Fossil of the Month.  An excellent spike with an incredible natural black color and patina. The surface quality is exceptional with no pitting, nicks or wear! Fully inflated. A rare LARGE, TOP QUALITY Megalonyx jeffersonii sloth claw from an extinct genus of giant ground sloths from Georgia. A February Fossil of the Month.  This sloth claw has excellent preservation, and is 100% complete with no damage. Great black bone color and texture with a highly articulated natural bone surface. Excellent preservation of the proximal end. There is no restoration or repair. A Top Quality, Allosaurus fragilis  tooth from the Morrison Fm. This Allosaurus crown measures 1-5/8". The enamel is high quality. Great rich dark brown color. Very good overall condition and serrations. Some crack fill. No repair or restoration. Allosaurus was the apex predator during the late Jurassic with large teeth designed to slash predators. A rare, LARGE Top Quality Cave Lion canine tooth (Panthera spelaea) from Yakutia Region, Siberia. A March Fossil of the Month. Complete tooth with a small natural wear facet on the tip.
