    An EXTRA LARGE, GEM Quality, shark vertabra from the Sharktooth Hill area, near Bakersfield, California. A February Fossil of the Month.Note - Most likely a large Mako shark vertebra and part of an associated pair with ST954. The sides are all clean and fully articulated. The base is the original Round Mountain silt matrix. Excellent preservation and gorgeous color. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. A scarce find for Sharktooth Hill, and 2"+ are always very difficult to find. The best Sharktooth Hill vertebra the I have seen. A fantastic display piece!

    An Ultra Rare, Top Quality Sharktooth Hill Megalodon tooth from Pyramid Hill, Kern County, California. A location that produces very few Megalodon teeth and one of the toughest Megs to locate. A February Fossil of the Month. Highest quality enamel with a great brown and charcoal colors. The bourlette is a tan color and is nearly complete. The serrations are extra large & sharp and complete with a big tip serration. The root is nicely articulated and complete. Note the large grooves on the root ends - an early Miocene trait. This is a rare early Miocene (22 MYA) Meg from the Jewitt Sand Fm.- very unique! You never see these early Miocene Megs from Bakersfield, California. One of the rarest Megs! No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. A incredibly rare collector's piece that came out of a 25 year old old collection. My last Pyramid Hill / Jewitt Sand Fm. Meg tooth!

    A GEM Quality Woolly Mammoth (Mammuthus primigenius), an early elephant molar found in the Darmstadt, Germany. A November Fossil of the Month. Mammoths were present in this area during the Late Pleistocene Ice Age. Fantastic natural color! An excellent molar with a nicely articulated chewing surface.     A Top Quality, Extra Large Tyrannosaur tooth from the late Cretaceous (Campanian) in northern North America. Please note that this tooth could AlbertosaurusGorgosaurus or Daspletosaurus -  see Detailed Discussion below. This tooth measures 2-13/16" - an excellent BIG Tyrannosaur tooth. Note - this is a big "beefy" tooth (Base is 1" W x 3/4" H). The enamel is high quality with excellent color and patina. This tooth position would be in the front of the jaw. Anterior serrations are good and posterior serrations are excellent. A couple of natural wear facets. No cracks, repair or restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Judith River Fm., Wheatland Co., Montana. Probably an excellent Daspletosaurus tooth based on size and roundness of the tooth cross-section. Authenticity guaranteed. An excellent collector's BIG Tyrannosaur tooth.
