An EXTRA LARGE, TOP QUALITY Deltadromeus tooth from the Cretaceous Kem Kem deposits of Morocco. A January Fossil of the Month. There is a strong posterior profile curve which a distinguishes this species. Great preservation withn sharp serrations and an excellent red color. An excellent rare tooth from a mid size Cretaceous theropod. Crack fill at base. No restoration. These teeth are very uncommon. Please see my Deltadromeus tooth discussion below. This is my best estimate of this species based upon the characteristics of this theropod and distinguishing it from other known Kem Kem theropod species. No one can assign a tooth to this species with certainty as discussed below (see Details). Authenticity guaranteed. A fantastic Deltadromeus collector's tooth. The largest Deltadromeus tooth that I have seen!

An EXTRA LARGE (6-5/8"), Quality Carcharocles megalodon from offshore Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. A January Fossil of the Month. This Megalodon is a big upper jaw anterior tooth (A1). An EXTRA LARGE, Top Quality Scyphocrinites elegans crinoid from Alnif, Morocco. The Scyphocrinites crinoid was a floating variety which was attached to a holdfast air bladder that supported multiple stems and calyx ("flowers"). This crinoid has a bulbous calyx with incredible detail. This crinoid has a good sized stem section of 3-3/4". These crinoids make fantastic display pieces. Museum Quality specimen. An EXTRA LARGE, Top Quality Abelisaurid dinosaur tooth from the Cretaceous Kem Kem deposits of Morocco.  A December Fossil of the Month. Once thought to be a "raptor" tooth, these teeth are an Abelisaurid, a family of Ceratosaurian theropod dinosaurs with the unique straight posterior carina. This tooth is likely from the larger Abelisaurid species present in the Kem Kem. They were the dominate smaller theropod in the late Cretaceous Kem Kem deposit. Excellent red color and serrations.
