A Top Quality Otodus sokolovi tooth from Harleyville, So. Carolina. Otodus sokolovi is the ancestor of O. auriculatus. An excellent lateral tooth. An excellent gray colored crown with a brown colored bourlette, and a lbrown colored root. Highest quality enamel. Excellent color & preservation. The serrations are large and razor sharp including the tip. Two extra large side cusps. The root is complete and very well preserved. It is very hard to find these teeth in perfect condition. This is a partially serrated tooth which appears to be an evolutionary intermediate on the path to fully serrated tooth.  An anterior tooth. Excellent golden tan color. A very rare Physeteridae sp., a Sperm whale, tooth from Caldera area of Chile. This is a second much rarer late Miocene Sperm whale tooth found in the Bahia Inglesa Fm. This tooth is similar to the Sperm whale teeth found at the Sharktooth Hill site. I have only seen four teeth. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. An EXTRA LARGE, very rare, GEM Quality Parotodus benedeni  tooth with a massive root from Euhaw Creek, Jasper Co., So. Carolina. A Miocene-Pliocene age tooth from the Hawthorne Fm.
