A LARGE, TOP QUALITY, very rare Basilosaurus cetoides, an Archaeocete whale tooth found in the Suwanee River, Suwanee Co., Florida. An excellent molar or premolar tooth (see photo for tooth positions).  An excellent brown colored crown and root. Nicely articulated. Note - enamel tip shows a wear pattern on crown. Whales do not shed their teeth like the sharks so there teeth will wear with age. A rare Top Quality Megalodon tooth from the Georgia - an upper jaw anterior tooth. The crown has excellent BLACK color. The enamel is the Highest Quality. A Large Black colored bourlette which is complete. Razor sharp serrations including an good tip serration. The root is a black color, nicely articulated, robust, and complete. This tooth is a killer Georgia Black Meg tooth!  This tooth is exhibits "root ears" at the base of the crown and grooves on the root ends. These are traits of a Miocene age tooth.
