An EXTRA LARGE, Colorful, Top Quality Megalodon - upper jaw anterior tooth from West Java, Indonesia. This Megalodon has a tan colored crown with a GOLDEN tan  colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Fantastic color!  The bourlette is complete. The serrations are razor sharp with a razor sharp tip serration. Excellent serrations with one strange area. As seen on the left side of  photo #1, the serrations are short and each serration is perfectly rounded. This area appears to be a natural wear facet from striking an opposing tooth. extremely uncommon in sharks. Very strange. An EXTRA LARGE, High Quality Ankylosaurus osteoderm (bony armor plate) from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. An August Fossil of the Month. Ankylosaurus and Denversaurus, a Nodosaur, were the two Ankylosaurs present in the Hell Creek and Lance Creek Formations.  A complete body osteoderm plate from an adult Ankylosaurus. The bone is excellent quality with excellent color / patina. Some natural crack. No restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Lance Creek Fm., Niobrara Co., Wyoming. This Megalodon has an excellent tan & light red-brown and tan & brown bourlette color. The back of the crown has incredible color patterning. Highest quality enamel. Exceptional color! The bourlette is large and 98% complete. The serrations are razor sharp and complete with an excellent "needle-like" tip serration. Note the two large cutting edge waves at the base of the crown.
