A rare late Jurassic sauropod limb bone section from the Morrison Fm. with bite marks. This is most likely a Camarasaurus tibia end section.  There is a tooth rake and a wedge cut shown in photos #3 & 4. Photo #5 shows a circular puncture of the bone. Camarasaurus was a mid- sized Jurassic sauropod.. Great rich brown gray color. Excellent bone quality. Note - sauropods had hollow bones with air sacs to reduce their weight. Legally collected on private land in the Morrison Fm., Bone Cabin Quarry, Albany Co., Wyoming. Authenticity guaranteed.  Shipping weight is 6 lbs. This item is not eligible for free shipping. A LARGE, MUSEUM QUALITY Rhynchodercetis aff. yovanovitchi fish. This Rhynchodercetis aff. yovanovitchi, a Needle fish, is 4-3/8"+ in length. There is also another unidentified fossil fish (1-1/2"). Incredible detail. Excellent preservation and incredible preparation. This is a Cretaceous specimen from Taouz, Morocco. Rare specimen! A top quality collector's piece.

A LARGE, TOP QUALITY serrated Nanotyrannus lancensis premaxillary tooth from the western US. The premaxillary teeth were the front teeth, have a "D" shaped base, and were not large. Most Nano premaxillary teeth are non-serrate. This Nano has small serrations on one side - rare.  This premaxillary (front) tooth measures 1" (straight line).  The enamel is excellent quality. A HUGE, TOP QUALITY Spinosaurus aegyptiacus tooth from the Kem-Kem region of Morocco. An October Fossil of the Month. High quality enamel with well preserved and pronounced grooves running up the crown. Little crown tip wear for a big tooth. A fantastic deep red patina - rare color for a Spino tooth, and the surface has a drusy crystalline appearance - very nice and very rare. Plus this is an extra thick BIG Spino tooth that would have been easily 1-1/2" thick at the base - see photo. One of the fattest Spino teeth that I have seen. No cracks. A TOP QUALITY, EXTRA LARGE & very rare Archaeocete whale, Zygorhiza kochii, from Harleyville, So. Carolina. Our 2nd November Fossil of the Month is a highly desirable Zygorhiza molar or "yoke" tooth.  An exceptional chocolate brown colored crown and tan root. The crown has fantastic articulation with incredible detail. Complete root. This tooth has minimal repair to tips of the 3 cusps on the left side only. The October 2015 Week #4 Fossil of the Month is a LARGE, GEM Megalodon PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR upper jaw tooth from the Bolan Hall Creek, Jasper Co., So. Carolina. A rare Top Quality, BIG CLASSIC Chile Megalodon tooth from the phosphate layer, Bahia Inglesa Fm., Caldera area, Chile. This tooth is nicely displayed on its original phosphorite matrix. Note - the pebbly phosphorite makes an interesting base which elevates the tip about 15 degress for a great display. A gorgeous light tan colored crown with no enamel peel. High quality enamel with very light mineral staining (as shown). A MONSTER, 6-1/4" Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth - upper jaw PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR tooth from Aurora, No. Carolina. This Megalodon has an incredible light tan colored crown with a large brown colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Fantastic color! The crown is very wide (4-3/8") - incredible! The bourlette is excellent, extra large and 40% perfect. The serrations are razor sharp with an excellent tip serration. Good serrations for a big Meg tooth - razor sharp! An Ultra Rare, LARGE Top Quality Sharktooth Hill Megalodon tooth found in the Round Mountain silt near Bakersfield, California. A location that produces very few Megalodon teeth and one of the toughest Meg teeth to locate. This "Bakersfield white" tooth was found in Ernst "whale quarry". Highest quality enamel with a great light tan color. The bourlette is a white color and mostly dentin layer. The serrations are extra large and 100% complete with a great tip. The root is nicely articulated and complete. Also note the grooves on the root ends - a Miocene trait.
