This is a newly named species from the Late Cretaceous deep water Northumberland Formation deposit. The crown is complete, one side cusp, and root is complete. Good quality enamel. No repair. A Top Quality, Otodus obliquus tooth from the Khouribga phosphate mining area of Morocco. This tooth has an excellent golden tan color and a white root. Sharp edges and tip. The side cusps are complete. A massive, thick root. No repair or restoration. Great color! One of the earliest ancestors of the Megalodon. An excellent collector's quality tooth. Excellent preservation and fantastic color. Perfect cusp. This tooth was found in the Bahia Inglesa Fm. and is late Miocene to early Pliocene age. A scarce collector's tooth. Authenticity guaranteed. Unfortunately there are no more teeth coming from this site. This rare piece is from an old collection!
