An Ultra Rare, Hexanchus griseus symphyseal tooth from the Caldera Basin of Chile. A February Fossil of the Month. This is complete lower jaw symphyseal (center) tooth. A rare female shark. A rare, Top Quality Otodus sokolovi tooth from the desert of Fayum Depression, Birket-le-Qurun, Egypt. A February Fossil of the Month. Excellent condition and preservation. No repair or restoration. Complete tooth. This tooth was found in the Qsar-el-Sagha Fm., and is late Eocene age (38-42 MYA). Authenticity guaranteed. I have never seen an Otodus sokolovi tooth from Egypt. A rare collectors teeth.

A rare TOP QUALITY, Great White shark transition tooth set from Chile. This three tooth set includes upper jaw anterior teeth from Carcharodon hastalis, Carcharodon hubbelli and Carcharodon carcharias. The C. hubbelli tooth has small serrations at the base of the cutting edge, transition to very fine serrations at mid crown and disappear towards the tip. No repair or restoration. An exceptional Great White transition tooth set!  It will be extremely difficult to locate Carcharodon hubbelli since there is no new supply. Museum Quality. Authenticity guaranteed. The serrations are very sharp with a slightly damaged tip serration. The side cusps are complete with uniform serrations - (a younger sokolovi version). The root is massive and complete. Exceptional preservation. This tooth is a Late Eocene age, Aridal Formation (approx. 42 million years ago). No repair or restoration! Authenticity guaranteed.

A TOP QUALITY very rare classic Parotodus benedeni tooth from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. Lateral tooth. The crown has sharp cutting edges. Excellent tan color with a light tan root and bourlette. The root is ~3/4" thick and shows typical hydration cracks. This Parotodus tooth was found in the Yorktown Formation (Pliocene age). Note - the left root end was repaired. A very special, rare collector's tooth. Authenticity guaranteed.
