An ultra rare, Top Quality upper jaw parasymphyseal  Hexanchus tooth - the Sixgill Cow shark, from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. This tooth has a rich blue & tan crown with a tan root. This is a newly named species from the Late Cretaceous deep water Northumberland Formation deposit. A unique species of Dalatiidae shark. The crown is complete and the root is essentially complete.
