    A rare GEM QUALITY Basilosaurus cetoides, an Archaeocete whale tooth found in the Flint River, GeorgiaAn exceptional molar. An April Fossil of the Month. An excellent green colored crown and light tan root. Nicely articulated. Incredible preservation!  Whales do not shed their teeth like the sharks so there teeth will wear with age. An Eocene age tooth (36 MYA) from the Ocala Limestone Fm.  No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. A great Archaeocete tooth from the Flint River, Georgia from an old collection.   3. Lambeosaur - Maxilla (upper jaw)

    A Top Quality Lambeosaur (Parasaurolophus) maxilla from the late Cretaceous (Judith River Fm.) of North America. An April Fossil of the Month. This is a complete upper jaw containing 100s exposed teeth. Parasaurolophus is a lambeosaur (crested) hadrosaur or "duck-bill" from the Judith River Formation in Montana. The maxilla possessed 100s teeth that were in rows of teeth which acted as conveyor belt to maintain a chewing surface to cut and grind their food. Bone quality is excellent. Minor crack fill. No restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Judith River Fm., Fergus Co., Mpntana. An excellent collector's quality Edmontosaurus maxilla section from a rare location.  Authenticity guaranteed. The maxila comes with a sturdy custom display stand.   4. Allosaurus fragilis

    A very rare EXTRA LARGE, Top Quality Allosaurus fragilis  tooth from the Morrison Fm. A January Fossil of the Month. This Allosaurus crown measures 2" and is 1-1/4" wide. Tooth measures 3-1/4" with the partial root. This is a BIG Allosaurus tooth. The enamel is high quality. Great rich dark brown color. Exceptional anterior and posterior serrations. Minor natural crushing on the left bottom is stabilized. Excellent overall condition. No repair or restoration. Allosaurus was the apex predator during the late Jurassic with large teeth designed to slash predators. Legally collected on private land in the Morrison Fm., Bone Cadbin Quarry, Albany Co., Wyoming.   5. Otodus megalodon - Sharktooth Hill

    An ultra rare, top quality 5-1/8" Sharktooth Hill Megalodon tooth found in the Round Mountain Silt near Bakersfield, California. A location that produces very few Megalodon teeth and one of the toughest Megs to locate. An October Fossil of the Month.  This Megalodon tooth has the highest quality enamel with a great tan color. The bourlette is a red brown color and 80% complete. The root is nicely articulated and complete. The serrations are complete with a great tip serration - incredible serrations for a Sharktooth Hill Meg tooth! This is a middle Miocene Meg. Note - the "Chubutensis-like" bumps at the base of the serrated edge - very unique - an early Miocene Meg tooth feature!  100% natural. No repair or restoration.   12. Tyrannosaurus rex

    A rare, Top Quality Tyrannosaurus rex sub-adult right maxillary tooth. This tooth measures 2-1/8" with a large natural tip wear facet (could have been a 2-1/2" tooth). The enamel has excellent color and patina. Very good anterior and posterior serrations. Note - the anterior serrrations have a "Y" formation - very unique. The base cross-section is a compressed oval; however, you can see that the base of the tooth is the top of root section and the base "pinching" is in the root section only. The large size and serrations make this a T. rex tooth. A top quality tooth specimen! T-Rex was the apex during the late Cretaceous with massive teeth capable of crushing its prey.
