A QUALITY Titanosaur tooth from the Cretaceous Kem Kem deposits of Morocco.  Please note that most of the sauropod teeth are now thought to be Titanosaurid teeth (see discussion below).  A good quality tooth.  A typical biting surface wear facet for a big tooth. A Top Quality, EXTRA LARGE rare Dicotaledon fruit or seed pod specimen from Morocco. The Moroccan "pine cone". These are found in the late Eocene sediments in Western Sahara, Morocco. Note that the interior of the cone is replaced by agate. Authenticity guaranteed.

A Top Quality, Carcharodon hastalis,  Mako shark tooth (upper jaw tooth) from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. Note - This tooth has short pathologic ribs in the enamel. Possibly an attempt to create serrations. There have been some C. hubellii GW transition teeth found in the mine.  This tooth has a rich tan crown and a light tan colored root. Excellent colors!  Razor sharp cutting edge. Excellent preservation - note nutrient hole on root. It is a Pliocene tooth from the Yorktown Fm. An excellent collector's tooth. A Top Quality, Carcharodon hastalis,  Mako shark tooth (upper anterior jaw tooth) from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. Note - This tooth exhibits the classic characteristic shape of the middle Miocene Mako teeth found both in the Lee Creek mine and the NC red site. I do not see this Mako tooth shape from other Miocene deposits. Possibly a hastalis species variation and it is referred to as the "narrow form". Maximum size is approximately 2". This tooth has a rich  blue crown and a tan colored root. Excellent colors!  Razor sharp cutting edge. Excellent preservation - note nutrient hole on root.
