An EXTRA LARGE, very rare, Top Quality Parotodus benedeni  tooth with a massive root from Summerville., So. Carolina. A Miocene-Pliocene age tooth from the Hawthorne Fm. Nice Light Tan color. Anterior tooth. High quality enamel with raxor sharp edges and a sharp tip. Root is complete, very thick (7/8"), nicely articulated, and a very small hydration crack. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. A very difficult tooth to locate. Rare location.

A LARGE, Top Quality Ankylosaurus osteoderm (bony armor plate) from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. Ankylosaurus and Denversaurus, a Nodosaur, were the two Ankylosaurs present in the Hell Creek and Lance Creek Formations.  A complete body osteoderm plate from an adult Ankylosaurus. The bone is excellent quality with excellent color and patina. Well preserved vascular channels. Typical hydrations cracks only. No restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Hell Creek Fm., Garfield Co., Montana. Authenticity guaranteed. A fantastic collector's quality Ankylosaurus osteoderm.  I do not see large top quality ostederms very often.

An EXTRA LARGE, RARE Troodon formosus tooth from the Hell Creek Fm. of western North America. An April Fossil of the Month. Troodontid teeth are known for their very unique shaped teeth with unusually large distal serrations. The enamel is excellent with a good brown color.  Excellent large posterior and weak anterior serrations. Please note that Hell Creek Fm. Troodon teeth typically have weak or no anterior serrations. A LARGE, Top Quality Edmontosaurus annectens metacarpal from the late Cretaceous of North America. Edmontosaurus is a very large hadrosaur or "duck-bill" dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. The metacarpal is the first and largest bone in the hand. Excellent bone quality. Minor crack fill. No restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Hell Creek Fm., Harding Co., So. Dakota. A rare EXTRA LARGE, Top Quality Edmontosaurus annectens hand claw (manus ungual - finger III) from the late Cretaceous of North America. Edmontosaurus is a very large hadrosaur or "duck-bill" dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. They were mainly bipedal, but could walk on all four legs in search of food. As noted by the front leg size difference, Edmontosaurus could put little weight on them. This ungual is from finger III which is the only finger that has a true ungual. No repair or restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Hell Creek Fm., Powder River Co., Montana. An excellent collector's quality Edmontosaurus manus ungual.  Authenticity guaranteed.  Note - Edmontosaurus carpal bones and unguals are very scarce. I rarely see them. This specimen is exceptional.

A very rare Top Quality, Nanosaurus agilis hand claw (manus claw) and digit. Nanosaurus is a Jurassic neornithischian dinosaur. It grew about 7 feet in length, and its name means "dwarf lazard". This Ornitholestes hand claw measures 1-1/4". Highest quality bone. Great rich black - brown color. Excellent overall condition. Small tip restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Morrison Fm., Como Bluff Co., Wyoming. Authenticity guaranteed. A fantastic specimen!  Note -  A Riker frame is included.

A TOP QUALITY Phareodus fish. The Phareodus encaustus is a Osteoglossidae fish from the Eocene age (50 MYA) fish, Green River Fm., Lincoln Co. Wyoming. A Mach Fossil of the Month. A scarce species. The Phareodus was a carnivorous fish with large pointed teeth and a long pectoral fin. This piece is from the 18 Inch Layer which is extremely hard and difficult to prepare. An ultra rare, Top Quality lower jaw lateral Hexanchus tooth - the Sixgill Cow shark, from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. This tooth has a rich blue & tan crown with a tan root.
