    A rare, Extra Large Top Quality Miocene-Pliocene Mastodon molar from Chatham Co., Georgia. This is an extinct elephant ancestor that inhabited North America during the late Miocene to late Pliocene. This molar is  big with 4.5 cusp rows with essentially no cusp wear. So, this is a recently erupted or unerupted tooth. Cusps are 1-3/4" high. Exceptional articulation. Excellent black color! This is an exceptionally well fossilized Mastodon specimen. Note - Comes complete with custom steel stand as pictured. No damage. No restoration or repair. An exceptional, authentic Mastodon tooth. Authenticity guaranteed. Walliserops lindoei is an unusual looking species with three rows of spines run down its back and a trident-like fork extending from the front of the cephalon. The preparation is German with all original colors and no restoration. Exceptional completeness and preservation. Great natural black shell with excellent luster.  A very difficult species to prepare. Excellent shell and spine preservation. Excellent compound eyes. Good size. A scarce species!     A large Hypselosaurus priscus (Titanosaur) egg on matrix. A January Fossil of the Month. This is a remount egg made with actual Hypselosaurus eggshells from the southern France nesting site, made to specification for this species, and is placed on a piece of matrix from the egg site. This egg was meticulously assembled to resemble a natural Hypselosaurus egg from a size and shape perspective. Unfortunately, the few natural eggs that are found at this site are typically crushed or severely compressed, and they are not very attractive due to overburden compression. Hypselosaurus is a medium sized Titanosaur from the Late Cretaceous (Maastrichtian age) approximately 70 MMya. Fround in the Vitrolles area, Basin d'Aix de Provence, France. Authenticity guaranteed.
