An ultra rare, Top Quality Classic Red Site Otodus megalodon from the Meherrin River, North Carolina. This Meg is an excellent upper jaw anterior tooth. NC002 has a rich copper-red color. The enamel is the high quality with good gloss. The serrations are large with a worn tip serration. Bourlette is black and composed of the dentin layer. The root is complete and nicely articulated. A Top Quality Megalodon tooth from Georgia. A MArch Fossil of the Month. The crown has excellent Blue color. The enamel is the Highest Quality with very small hydration cracks. This is a new genius of Frill shark from the Late Cretaceous deep water Northumberland Formation deposit. A unique species of Chlamydoselachiform shark, the Frill shark. These teeth exhibit classic Frill shark design with a central cusp flanked by two lateral cusps. The crown is complete and the root is complete. Note - all three crown tip ends were very neatly reattached without fill or gaps which is typical for a matrix free specimen. Crack lines are hard to see without magnification. A unique species of Chlamydoselachiform shark, the Frill shark. (Note - the specimen is the size and character of the extremely rare Chlamydoselachus balli, but it lacks the two small acessory cusps that reside between the main cusps.)  These teeth exhibit classic Frill shark design with a central cusp flanked by two lateral cusps. The crown is near complete with damage to one cusp end and the root may complete or may be missing some root end. Highest quality enamel. No repair. An August Fossil of the Month. This is a new genius of Frill shark from the Late Cretaceous deep water Northumberland Formation deposit. Another unique species of Chlamydoselachiform shark, the Frill shark. This is the largest Frill shark in the deposit with teeth over 1" tall (28.5 mm). These teeth exhibit classic Frill shark design with a central cusp flanked by two lateral cusps. Dykeius teeth are taller than wide. An ultra rare GEM QUALITY, Classic Peruvian Megalodon tooth from the Ocucate area of Peru (Miocene age). A January Fossil of the Month. This Megalodon has an excellent dark tan colored crown. The bourlette is light tan and 100% complete. The root is a light tan and complete. Incredible color! Highest quality enamel. The bourlette is excellent and 100% complete. The serrations are extra large and razor sharp with an excellent tip serration. Exceptional serrations -100% complete! The root is nicely articulated with a very small hydration crack. An Ultra Rare, rooted Top Quality Allosaurus fragilis tooth measuring 3-3/8". This Allosaurus crown measures 1-1/2" and is wide for its size (5/8"). The enamel is high quality. Great rich brown color. Very good serrations on both sides all the way to the wear facet. Very good serrations for a large tooth. Two cracks was stabilizied. A little repair was done on the narrowest section of the root. Excellent overall condition with very good serrations. An excellent quality tooth! A rare EXTRA LARGE, Top Quality Edmontosaurus annectens hoof core (toe or pes ungual) from the late Cretaceous of North America. An August Fossil of the Month. Edmontosaurus is a very large hadrosaur or "duck-bill" dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. This is a toe hoof core from a massive Edmontosaurus. It is from the center toe - toe III. The largest one that I have seen! The Edmontosaurus was bipedal and had much larger feet relative to hands. Bone quality is excellent. No repair or restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Hell Creek Fm., Dawson Co. Montana. A rare collector's quality Edmontosaurus pes hoof core.  Authenticity guaranteed.
