A Top Quality, Extra Large rare transition GW tooth, Carcharodon hubbelli. An upper jaw anterior tooth. Another December 2017 Fossil of the Month. The C. hubbelli serrations are full at the base of the cutting edge, transition to fine serrations at mid crown and disappear towards the tip. This tooth has an excellent blue colored crown ("blue site"), brown root, and a vivid dark maroon "gum line". Excellent color. No repair. A rare Top Quality, transition GW tooth, Carcharodon hubbelli. An upper jaw anterior tooth. The C. hubbelli serrations are full at the base of the cutting edge, transition to fine serrations at mid crown and disappear towards the tip. This tooth has an excellent tan colored crown and brown root with well pronounced maroon colored gum line. Excellent color. The crown edge starts with two oversized serrations at the base and quickly transforms into "Escheri-like" wavy serrations. An early stage transition form. No repair. A RARE, Albertavenator curriei  (Troodon) tooth from the Horseshoe Canyon Fm. of Alberta, Canada. Troodontid teeth are known for their very unique shaped teeth with unusually large distal serrations. The enamel is excellent with an excellent brown color.  Excellent large posterior and good anterior serrations. Please note that the Troodon teeth may or may not have anterior (mesial) serrations. A very rare, early Otodus mugodzharicus upper jaw, lateral tooth from Aktulagay, western Kazakhstan. A transitional tooth leading to C. auriculatus (see detailed discussion below) which leads to Megalodon. A November Fossil of the Month.The bourlette is complete. Tooth exhibits "wavy serrated" edges similar to the Isurus escheri tooth. These teeth exhibit very good color, gloss, and preservation. A rare, early Eocene Auriculatus transition tooth. A very challenging tooth to find when building a Megalodon evolutionary set! No repair. Authenticity guaranteed. An ULTRA Rare, TOP QUALITY Parotodus benedeni tooth from Sharktooth Hill, near Bakersfield California. A December 2022 Fossil of the Month. This tooth has a highly desirable light tan enamel and a very massive root. This Parotodus benedeni tooth remains mounted on the original Round Mountain Silt matrix and it is sitting on a chunk of whale bone. The crown enamel has very good luster and very sharp edges. Highest quality enamel! Note -  a small (~1/8") tip repair was professionally done.  A very difficult tooth to locate and an EXCEPTIONAL Collector's tooth!
