A very rare, Otodus auriculatus tooth from the copper-red site of No. Carolina. The crown has coarse serrations. The side cusps are typical of the Otodus obliquus. Complete root. Early Eocene - Ypresian age. A very rare collector's tooth. Very few Otodus auriculatus teeth (early form) found at this site!

A rare LARGE, TOP QUALITY Megalonyx jeffersonii sloth claw from an extinct genus of giant ground sloths from Georgia. A February Fossil of the Month.  This sloth claw has excellent preservation, and is 100% complete with no damage. Great black bone color and texture with a highly articulated natural bone surface. Excellent preservation of the proximal end. There is no restoration or repair. A Top Quality Machaeroprosopus (phytosaur) vertebra. Machaeroprosopus is an extinct genus of mystriosuchin leptosuchomorph phytosaur from the Late Triassic of the southwestern United States. The genus was previously refered to as Pseudopalatus. The vertebra bone quality is excellent with great color and patina. Minor crack fill. No restoration. A complete vertebra legally collected on private land in the Bull Canyon Formation, Quay Co., New Mexico. Authenticity guaranteed. A fantastic collector's quality phytosaur vertebra. "The Twist"  A rare Top Quality PATHOLOGIC Auriculatus tooth from Harleyville, So. Carolina.  An incredible twisted tooth. An excellent gray colored crown with a black colored bourlette, and a black colored root. Highest quality enamel. Excellent color & preservation. An ultra rare, top quality 5-3/4" Sharktooth Hill Megalodon tooth found in the Round Mountain Silt near Bakersfield, California. A location that produces very few Megalodon teeth and one of the toughest Megs to locate. This tooth was found in the Ernst West quarry. An October Fossil of the Month.  This Megalodon tooth has the highest quality enamel with a great Blue & Tan color. The bourlette is a brown color and nearly complete. The root is nicely articulated and complete. The serrations are complete with a good tip serration - incredible serrations for a large Sharktooth Hill Meg tooth! This is a middle Miocene Meg. Note - the grooves on the root ends and the small root "ears" at the top of the root - a Miocene Meg tooth feature!  Note - a 3/8" enamel section pooped off and was reattached on the right side (1/2" from the root). A rare, High Quality CLASSIC Chile Megalodon tooth from the phosphate layer, Bahia Inglesa Fm., Caldera area, Chile.  A gorgeous light tan colored crown with no enamel peel. High quality enamel.
