An ULTRA RARE Top Quality, EXTRA LARGE Tyrannosaurus rex  tooth from a large adult T. rex. An April Fossil of the Month. This Rex crown measures 4-3/4" (straight line) or 5" (on curve) and 1-5/8" wide. The enamel is the high quality. Great brown & black color. A massive extra wide tooth. You can see why this bone crusher is referred to as a "banana tooth". Overall the tooth is excellent quality with crack fill. This is a real 5" tooth. Note - this tooth was found in the spring of 2021 and it was exposed to the winter freeze and thaw cycle which cracked the tooth in to pieces. This tooth was professionally prepared and put back together with missing area filled in. An ULTRA RARE High Quality, 6"+ Tyrannosaurus rex  tooth from a large adult T. rex. A May Fossil of the Month. This Rex crown measures 5-13/16" (straight line) or 6-1/4" (on curve) and 1-7/8" wide. The enamel is the very good quality with some wear. Great brown & black color. A massive extra wide tooth. You can see why this bone crusher is referred to as a "banana tooth". Overall the tooth is very good quality with typical crack fill and some wear from tumbling down a Hell Creek stream. This is a real ~6" tooth. No major restoration or fill  and not a "Frankenstein" combination tooth like other sellers have offered. The serrations were very worn and were professionally restored. An ultra rare, Thalassocnus, a Swimming Sloth, manus (hand) claw from the Bahia Inglesia Formation, Copiapo, Chile. A May Fossil of the Month. This sloth lived on the west coast of So. America during the late Miocene age. This claw is a near complete with minor erosion along the upper edge and back end. Both areas have minor restoration. Fantastic color and preservation. Authenticity guaranteed. I have not seen a swimming sloth claw for sale before. This is all of the sloth material that I have from 15 years ago! A rare collector's claw. This is my one and only hand claw!

C931          Size: 2-1/2"  (1-1/8" height, 7/16" wide)

A Very Rare, High Quality Hexanchus microdon symphyseal tooth from Hornby Island, British Columbia, Canada. An August Fossil of the Month. This is a species from the Late Cretaceous deep water Northumberland Formation deposit. A species of Hexanchiforme shark. The crown is complete (5+ cusps!) and the root is complete. High quality enamel. No repair. A very difficult tooth to locate and an excellent collector's tooth. Authenticity guaranteed. This incredible specimen is from a 20 year old collection. The symphyseal is always a rare position tooth to find and from a rare locality. A complete symphyseal tooth!
