A Very Rare, Top Quality (Gem) Rolfodon ludvigseni tooth from Hornby Island, British Columbia, Canada. An August Fossil of the Month. This is a new genius from the Late Cretaceous deep water Northumberland Formation deposit. A unique species of Chlamydoselachiform shark, the Frill shark. These teeth exhibit classic Frill shark design with a central cusp flanked by two lateral cusps. A lateral tooth. The crown is complete and the root is complete. Note - two crown ends were very neatly reattached without fill or gaps which is typical for a matrix free specimen. Crack lines are hard to see without magnification. Highest quality enamel. These teeth exhibit classic Frill shark design with a central cusp flanked by two lateral cusps. Dykeius teeth are taller than wide. The crown is complete with one cusp tip reattached and the root is complete. Highest quality enamel. No repair. A very rare, LARGE Megalodon tooth from New Caledonia. These Megalodon teeth are dredged from the New Caledonia area between Fiji and Australia. The deposit covers about 5 square miles and the water is about 1,000 feet deep. All dredging has stopped and no new teeth are available. This Megalodon tooth has an incredible light tan color. Excellent color. The enamel is worn with little damage. The serrations are worn. The root is complete. This tooth is Middle Miocene. No repair or restoration. Authenticity Guaranteed. A Colorful, Top Quality Megalodon - upper jaw anterior tooth from West Java, Indonesia. This Megalodon has a red draped over tan colored crown with a red & golden tan  colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Fantastic color!  The bourlette is complete. The serrations are razor sharp and nearly complete. Excellent  serrations.
