A group of six TOP QUALITY, Metasequoia dakotensis cones on original Hell Creek Formation matrix from Montana. These "dinosaur age" pine cones are found in the Hell Creek Formation of Dawson Co., Montana. A March Fossil of the Month.   These Upper Cretaceous pine cones are high quality with great preservation.They are fully inflated spheres and maximun size (redwoods produce very small cones for their size!). The Metasequoia is the "dawn redwood", and it is one of the three redwood conifers species. Authenticity guaranteed. An incredible display piece.

A QUALITY Titanosaur tooth from the Cretaceous Kem Kem deposits of Morocco.  Please note that most of the sauropod teeth are now thought to be Titanosaurid teeth (see discussion below). A TOP QUALITY Mosasaurus beaugei tooth from the Cretaceous of Khouribga, Morocco. Excellent preservation. Note - the well defined flat ridges running the length of the crown - a M. beaugei characteristic. This massive specimen has an excellent wide cross-section. A very rare, TOP QUALITY Hainosaurus tooth, a Tylosaur mosasaur, from the Cretaceous of Khouribga, Morocco. This mosasaur is a recent discovery and genus naming. The teeth appear to be quite rare. Note - the well defined posterior hook at the top of the crown - a Hainosaurus characteristic. This specimen has a wear facet on the anterior edge of the crown and it has been cracked. This is the most difficult of the Mosasaur species to find. An excellent collector's Mosasaur tooth. Authenticity guaranteed.
