A rare, EXTRA LARGE, GEM Quality Anzu wyliei hand (manus) claw from the Hell Creek Fm. of SE Montana. A February Fossil of the Month. Anzu is referred to as the "Chicken from Hell". A fantastic manus claw. This is 1st manus claw which is largest and most robust; often referred as the "thumb". Excellent rich brown color and patina. This specimen has incredible preservation - no pitting, nicks or wear. All surfaces are fantasic - very rare. Note - a small tip area was professionally restored which is typical for most Hell Creek claws. The repair is quite small with the repaired area being 5 mm on the right facing side of the tip. On the left facing side of tip, it is 1-2 mm. This is top quality, collector's claw from the Hell Creek of Montana. An Ultra Rare, GEM, LARGE copper-red Parotodus benedeni tooth from the Meherrin River, No. Carolina.  An August Fossil of the Month. Rare deep copper red color with exceptional gloss. A Top Quality Otodus sokolovi tooth from Harleyville, So. Carolina . Otodus sokolovi is the ancestor of O. auriculatus. An excellent lateral tooth. An excellent BLUE colored crown with a black colored bourlette, and a ligth gray colored root. Highest quality enamel. Excellent color & preservation. The serrations are large and razor sharp. Two large side cusps. The root is complete and very well preserved. It is very hard to find these teeth in perfect condition. An excellent collector's Harleyville O. sokolovi tooth! An ultra rare, Top Quality lower jaw lateral Hexanchus tooth - the Sixgill Cow shark, from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. This tooth has a rich blue & tan crown with a tan root. A Top Quality, Triceratops horridus toe bone (pes digit) from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. Triceratops was a large ceratopsian dinosaur found in the Hell Creek and Lance Creek formations which is know for three horns and the large frill protecting its neck. This is a great toe bone with excellent detail preserved and good color / patina. The last toe bone for digit 2 or 3 . You can see the "mushroom" appearance of proximal ends which is a characteristic of Triceratops and distinguishes it from a Hadrosaur toe bone. Triceratops bones are more difficult to find. A very rare, Top Quality Tyrannosaurus rex  tooth with a wicked break away; a possible sign of T.rex fighting breakage. This tooth measures 2-1/4". The enamel has excellent color and patina. A serrated Top Quality Tyrannosaur juvenile premaxillary tooth from the late Cretaceous (Campanian - Two Medicine Fm.) in northern North America. Please note that this tooth could Gorgosaurus or Daspletosaurus - see Detailed Discussion below. This tooth measures 13/16" -  an excellent juvenile premaxillary (front) Tyrannosaur tooth. The enamel is high quality with excellent color. This premax tooth is fully serrated, and the serrations are incredible. Serrated to the tip with an excellent unworn tip. No crack, repair or restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Two Medicine Fm., Glacier Co., Montana. A TOP QUALITY, very rare Basilosaurus cetoides, an Archaeocete whale tooth found in the Suwanee River, Suwanee Co., Florida. An excellent canine or incisor tooth (see photo for tooth positions).  An excellent brown colored crown and root.
