A Top Quality, Triceratops horridus brow horn section from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. A November Fossil of the Month. Triceratops was a large ceratopsian dinosaur found in the Hell Creek Formation. This is a special horn with exceptional detail preserved with excellent color and natural patina. Incredible surface articulation. You can see all of the natural blood grooves around the surface of the horn. The preparation of the horn was very basic with one crack repair. No extensive repair or restoration. It comes with the custom steel stand as shown. A fantastic fossil overall for display. Legally collected on private land in the Hell Creek Fm., Dewey Co., So. Triceratops was a large ceratopsian dinosaur found in the Hell Creek Formation. This is a special horn with exceptional detail preserved and excellent color & natural patina. Fantastic surface articualtion. You can see all of the natural blood grooves around the surface of the horn. Plus this horn includes most of the orbital which is quite rare - a very complete specimen. The preparation of the horn was fairly basic and simple - some minor crack fill and approximately 1" of the tip end was restored which is very minimal restoration for a horn. This is not a horn that is 20 - 30% or more putty which you most often see. It comes with a custom steel stand as shown. A fantastic fossil overall for display. An exceptional manus claw. Highest quality rich brown color and patina. This specimen has incredible perservation with exceptional surfaces - no pitting, nicks or wear - superb surface articulation! There is some professional restoration which is typical for a big Anzu wyliei manus claw. The tip has a small section repaired and the proximal edge has a small triangular area repaired which starts at the center of proximal surface (see photo). A very rare, LARGE Megalodon tooth from New Caledonia. These Megalodon teeth are dredged from the New Caledonia area between Fiji and Australia. The deposit covers about 5 square miles and the water is about 1,000 feet deep. All dredging has stopped and no new teeth are available. This Megalodon tooth has an incredible light tan color. Excellent color. The enamel is worn with little damage. The serrations are worn. The root is complete. This tooth is Middle Miocene. No repair or restoration. Authenticity Guaranteed. A rare exotic location Megalodon tooth. An old collection piece.

This Megalodon has tan colored crown with red & brown highlights and an vivd golden tan colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Fantastic color! The bourlette is large and 100% complete. A TOP Quality Megalodon - lower jaw anterior tooth from West Java, Indonesia. This Megalodon has a tan with red highlights colored crown with a light gold colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Fantastic color!  The bourlette is complete. The serrations are razor sharp and complete with an excellent "needle-like" tip serration. Excellent  serrations.
