This Megalodon has a red & blue draped over tan colored crown with a red & golden tan  colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Fantastic color!  The bourlette is complete. "The Color Collection - North of the River"  An EXTRA LARGE, TOP QUALITY, upper jaw anterior Isurus planus tooth from the Sharktooth Hill area, California. This tooth is displayed on its original Round Mountain silt matrix along with a 5-1/4" whale bone. Beautiful blue crown with an excellent brown colored root. Excellent preservation. A GEM, 6" Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth - ANTERIOR tooth. Our March 2017 Fossil of the Month. This Megalodon has an incredible light golden tan colored crown with an exceptional white bourlette and mostly complete. Highest quality enamel. Exceptional golden tan color! The bourlette is huge and near perfect. The serrations are razor sharp with an exceptional tip serration. Nearly PERFECT serrations (2-3 serrations damaged near the base  - all serrations are razor sharp. Exceptional serrations for a really big Meg! The root is an excellent white color with few no hydration cracks and complete. This Megalodon was found in the Pungo River Formation, Lee Creek mine, NC (Miocene age = 14.5 MYA).
