A GEM, I. retroflexus, the Longfin Mako - lower jaw anterior tooth. The tooth is PERFECT. Very nice light tan color with exceptional gloss. The root shows incredible detail. Absolutely great preservation and condition - extra sharp edges and tip. This is a Pliocene age tooth from the Yorktown Fm. A fantastic collector's tooth. Difficult to find! Museum quality.
