A ~6" Bone Valley Megalodon upper jaw anterior tooth from the Peace River, Florida. An EXCELLENT GRAY colored crown. Very good color and overall shape! Quality enamel with some wear. The bourlette is black colored, large and near complete. The serrations are worn, but are clearly visible includung the tip. The root is black, extra wide, and complete with typical hydration cracks. An ULTRA RARE Top Quality, 6-1/4" Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth - upper jaw PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR tooth. A February Fossil of the Month. This Megalodon has an incredible light tan colored crown with brown bourlette, and light tan root. Highest quality enamel. Fantastic color!  The serrations are razor sharp and essentially complete including an excellent tip serration. Incredible serrations for a BIG Megalodon tooth. The bourlette has a nice contrast -  mostly dentin layer. The root is nicely articulated and complete with an excellent light tan color. It is also wide (4-5/8") with essentially no hydration cracks.
