A Top Quality, rare Pararaucaria pine cone specimen from Argentina. These Jurassic pine cones are exquisite and known for their high quality and great preservation. This cone shows very good detail. A ~5" GEM JET BLACK colored Megalodon - lower jaw ANTERIOR tooth. An exceptional true black crown - not a charcoal gray color. Highest quality enamel - the surface is like glass! The large jet black bourlette is essentially complete. The large serrations are razor sharp with a good tip. The serrations are essentially complete - rare for a big Meg! An incredibly sized, Top Quality Great White shark transition tooth (Carcharodon hubbelli) from Chile. An August 2019 Fossil of the Month. This ULTRA RARE, MONSTER sized Great White tooth measures 2-15/16" - a huge upper jaw PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR tooth. This tooth is an ultra rare Carcharodon hubbelli with small serrations at the base of the cutting edge that disappear towards the tip. High quality enamel! Excellent color. Incredible large "gum line" and a wide root .This was a big shark. Exceptional preservation - note the preserved nutrient hole on the root. Absolutely no repair or restoration.
