A rare, TOP QUALITY  Megalodon tooth - upper jaw ANTERIOR tooth from Calvert Cliffs, Maryland. One of our January 2018 Fossils of the Month. Note - the top has some minor planting etching and there is one natural wear facet on the side (very typical for the Campanian Tyrannosaurs). No cracks, repair or restoration. An ULTRA RARE, MONSTER Great White shark transition tooth, Carcharodon hubbelli from Chile. A BIG upper jaw lateral tooth. A June Fossil of the Month. This tooth has a tan colored crown, a distinct gum line, and a brown root. Good color! Highest quality enamel with little hydration cracks and no peeling. This C. hubbelli tooth has medium serrations at the base of the cutting edge, transition to fine serrations at mid crown and disappear towards the tip. Serrations are large at the base with a good tip serration. The root is extra wide. Note - the root root lobe was cracked and probably reatttached - hard to see. Excellent preservation - note nutrient hole on root. No repair or restoration. An exceptional Great White transition form!  It will be extremely difficult to locate Carcharodon hubbelli. A super rare collector's tooth. Authenticity guaranteed.

A TOP QUALITY, 5-3/4" Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth - upper jaw PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR tooth from Aurora, No. Carolina. A May Fossil of the Month. This Megalodon has an incredible light tan colored crown with a large brown colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Fantastic color! The crown is very wide (4-9/16") - incredible! The bourlette is excellent, extra large and 99% perfect. The serrations are razor sharp with an excellent tip serration (they will cut your hand). Super serrations for a larger Meg tooth - razor sharp! The root is an excellent tan color with small hydration cracks and complete. This Megalodon was found in the Yorktown Formation, Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina (Pliocene age = 4.5 MYA). A LARGE RARE, Top Quality Acheroraptor temertyorum (raptor) tooth from So. Dakota. Acheroraptor temertyorum is one of two recently described Hell Creek Fm. raptors, and it is a close relative of Velociraptor. This tooth is 1/2" which is a large size. The enamel is excellent with a great brown color. Multiple prominent longitudinal "ribs" run the length of the crown. Excellent large posterior and small anterior serrations.
