The Scyphocrinites crinoid was a floating variety which was attached to a holdfast air bladder that supported multiple stems and calyx ("flower"). This large crinoid has a bulbous calyx with incredible detail and the calyxs are large.  These crinoids make fantastic display pieces. Museum Quality. Authenticity guaranteed. A GEM, ~5-1/4" Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth - ANTERIOR tooth. Our 2nd January 2017 Fossil of the Month.
