An ultra rare, Top Quality pathologic lower jaw lateral Hexanchus tooth - the Sixgill Cow shark, from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. A February Fossil of the Month. This tooth has a rich blue & tan crown with a tan root. Eleven main cusps including the pathologic center cusp (there are a couple small nicks).  Incredible color and preservation. These are Pliocene age, Yorktown Formation teeth. A fantastic collector's tooth. Authenticity guaranteed. Complete Lee Creek Hexanchus teeth are rarely found, and this is the first time that I can offer them! This is a special specimen!

An EXTRA LARGE, rare TOP QUALITY, Great White shark transition tooth, Carcharodon hubbelli. An upper jaw anterior tooth. A September Fossil of the Month. This C. hubbelli tooth has medium to small serrations at the base of the cutting edge that disappear towards the tip. This tooth has an excellent tan colored crown and tan root. Fantastic color!  No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. An exceptional Great White transition form!  It will be extremely difficult to locate Carcharodon hubbelli since there is no new supply. An excellent display piece.

A TOP QUALITY, Lee Creek Otodus chubutensis, a O. megalodon predecessor, from Aurora, No. Carolina. This tooth was found in the Pungo River Formation (middle Miocene age). Note the crown exhibits cusplike bumps at the base of the serrated edge and the root ends also show grooves where the teeth interlocked. These are characteristic traits of the Lee Creek early Meg - Otodus chubutensis. A gorgeous blue & tan colored crown with a brown bourlette. Great serrations. The root is tan colored and complete. Highest quality enamel! Fantastic color! No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed.
