This catalog contains beautiful teeth from the narrow-tooth Mako shark - Isurus desori from an early Miocene deposit. These teeth are noted for their narrow, straight crown. These teeth were found in the older Olcese Member of the Temblor Fm. of the Sharktooth Hill area which is 18 million years old (early Miocene). The Olcese produces gorgeous, classic form I. desori teeth and no I. hastalis or I. planus. preservation. These teeth have excellent preservation and are great collector's teeth.
