An ultra rare GEM QUALITY, Classic Peruvian Megalodon tooth from the Ocucate area of Peru (Miocene age). A January Fossil of the Month. This Megalodon has an excellent dark tan colored crown. A rare, Top Quality ~5" CLASSIC Chile Megalodon tooth from the sand layer, Bahia Inglesa Fm., Caldera area, Chile. A March Fossil of the Month. An excellent light tan colored crown with no enamel peel. Good quality enamel. The bourlette has a nice mahogany brown color and is 100% complete. The serrations are sharp with some damage. The root is excellent tan color and extra wide with a small sliver of damage on the side of the root. Good "eye appeal". Great symmetry. No repair or restoration. "The Best of West Java". An ultra rare, TOP QUALITY Megalodon - upper jaw anterior tooth from West Java, Indonesia. A July Fossil of the Month. The" West Java Red" Megalodon. This Megalodon has an incredible red colored crown with brown colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Fantastic color! The bourlette is large and complete. The serrations are razor sharp with an excellent tip serration. The display side root is excellent and the reverse side has some shallow pitting which is common for a West Java Meg tooth. This Megalodon has an excellent tan & light red-brown and tan & brown bourlette color. The back of the crown has incredible color patterning. Highest quality enamel. Exceptional color!
