A Top Quality Cretodus crassidens, an extinct Mackerel shark, tooth from Dallas Co., Texas. An excellent example of this Lower Cretaceous Eagle Ford Fm. tooth. These massive teeth have a design that includes a large / heavy root with high root face, a narrow crown width, and broad side cusps. An EXTRA LARGE, very rare, GEM Quality Parotodus benedeni  tooth with a massive root from Euhaw Creek, Jasper Co., So. Carolina. A Miocene-Pliocene age tooth from the Hawthorne Fm. Nice Charcoal Gray color. Lateral tooth. Highest quality enamel with razor sharp edges and a "needle-like" sharp tip. A LARGE, Top Quality Otodus sokolovi tooth from Harleyville, So. Carolina (Giant Cement Quarry). Otodus sokolovi is the ancestor of O. auriculatus. An excellent anterior tooth. An excellent tan colored crown with a black colored bourlette, and a charcoal colored root. Highest quality enamel. Excellent color & preservation. The serrations are large and razor sharp including the tip. Two large side cusps. The root is complete, very thick (1"), and very well preserved.
