A rare Top Quality, BIG CLASSIC Chile Megalodon tooth from the phosphate layer, Bahia Inglesa Fm., Caldera area, Chile. This tooth is nicely displayed on its original phosphorite matrix. Note - the pebbly phosphorite makes an interesting base which elevates the tip about 15 degress for a great display. A gorgeous light tan colored crown with no enamel peel. High quality enamel with very light mineral staining (as shown). The bourlette is an excellent deep mahogany brown color, large and 85% complete. The serrations are razor sharp and complete with an excellent tip serration. An Ultra Rare, Top Quality 4-3/4" Sharktooth Hill Megalodon tooth found in the Round Mountain Silt near Bakersfield, California. This tooth is still embedded in its original Round Mountain silt matrix block with a large whale bone. The whale bone is 7" long and 1.5" wide. Highest quality enamel with an excellent tan color. The bourlette is a tan color and 85% complete. The serrations are extra large and 100% complete. The root is nicely articulated and complete. Also note the grooves on the root ends - a Miocene trait. An ultra rare, EXTRA LARGE Top Quality Classic Red Site Carcharocles megalodon from the Meherrin River, North Carolina. This Meg is an incredible upper jaw anterior tooth. NC001 has an incredibly rich copper-red color. Fantastic color! The enamel is the highest quality with exceptional gloss. The serrations are large and 100% complete with a perfect tip. A TOP QUALITY, 5-3/4" Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth - upper jaw PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR tooth from Aurora, No. Carolina. A May Fossil of the Month. This Megalodon has an incredible light tan colored crown with a large brown colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Fantastic color! The crown is very wide (4-9/16") - incredible! The bourlette is excellent, extra large and 99% perfect. The serrations are razor sharp with an excellent tip serration (they will cut your hand).
