A Colorful, Top Quality Megalodon - lower jaw anterior tooth from West Java, Indonesia. This Megalodon has a tan with brown highlights colored crown with a brown & golden tan colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Fantastic color!  The bourlette is large & complete. The serrations are razor sharp and nearly complete. Excellent  serrations. A Colorful, LARGE "Twisted Tip" Megalodon  - upper jaw anterior tooth from West Java, Indonesia. This Megalodon has a Black draped over Silver gray colored crown with a dark brown & black colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Fantastic color!  The bourlette is large & complete. The serrations are razor sharp with a rare "twisted tip". Excellent  serrations. Very cool! The root is excellent with a nicely articulated surface & complete with a small amount of erosion on the display side. Miocene Age. No repair or restoration. Authenticity Guaranteed. A GEM Harleyville Auriculatus tooth.  A less common lower jaw anterior tooth - a very difficult position tooth to find. Gorgeous gray colored crown with a black colored bourlette, and light gray root. Highest quality enamel! Exceptionally colored & preserved. The serrations are large and razor sharp with an excellent tip serration. The root is complete and very well preserved. It is very hard to find these teeth in perfect condition. Museum quality.  A killer collector's Harleyville Auriculatus tooth!

A TOP QUALITY, EXTRA LARGE Angustidens tooth - a wide upper jaw anterior tooth from the Wando River, SC. This Angustidens tooth is exceptionally large - nearly 4" - a size rarely seen with a Angustidens.  The color is excellent.  The enamel quality is exceptional. The serrations are razor sharp including the tip. The bourlette is excellent and essentially complete. The root is excellent and complete. Note - several small root face "pits" were filled to improve the aesthetic appearance. Excellent symmetry. This is a rare sized, well preserved Angustidens tooth.  AN EXCELLENT Collector's tooth!  

SC059            SIZE: 3-7/8" 3" W

A GEM HUGE, 4-1/4" CLASSIC Lee Creek Carcharocles chubutensis, a C. megalodon predecessor - upper jaw Principal Anterior tooth. LC006 is an absolute monster sized Chubutensis tooth. This tooth was found in the Pungo River Formation (middle Miocene age). Note that the crown exhibits small cusplike bumps at the base of the serrated edge and the root ends also show grooves where the teeth interlocked. These are characteristic traits of the Lee Creek early Meg - C. chubutensis. A gorgeous light tan colored crown with an excellent tan bourlette. The bourlette is 100% complete. No enamel peel. The serrations are long, razor sharp, and essentially complete including a good tip serration. Highest quality enamel! The root is an excellent light tan color and complete. An exceptionally large Chubutensis collector's tooth. NO repair! The BEST of the BEST! One of my favorites. It will be difficult to find another early Meg like this one.
