A very rare Top Quality, Allosaurus & Camarasaurus toe bone from the Morrison Fm. These toe bones are complete, and they reside on an Allosaurus  vertebra neural section as originally found. The Allosaurus toe bone is 2-1/2" and the Camarasaurus toe bone measures 2-3/8" in length. High quality bone. Rich brown color. Very good overall condition with minor bone erosion. Normal crack fill. No restoration. An EXTRA LARGE RARE, Top Quality Acheroraptor temertyorum (raptor) tooth from Montana. Acheroraptor temertyorum is one of two recently described Hell Creek Fm. raptors, and it is a close relative of Velociraptor. A premaxillary or dentary anterior tooth. An EXTRA LARGE, RARE Pectinodon bakkeri tooth from the Hell Creek Fm. of western North America. A premaxillary tooth. Note - this tooth has the same design as Archeroraptor PM tooth (prior Zapsalis) which was thought to be used to preen feathers. An April Fossil of the Month. Pectinodon is a small Troodontid and has teeth similar to Troodon.  Pectinodon are known for their very unique shaped teeth with unusually large distal serrations. An EXTRA LARGE, Top Quality Struthiomimus altus upper toe bone or metatarsal (from toe III - metatarsal - the arctometatarsal) from the late Cretaceous of North America. Struthiomimus is a long legged, bipedal, toothless dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. The Struthiomimus means "ostrich mimic" which best describes this species. This is metatarsal III which is an arctometatarsals, a shaped wedged metatarsal that strengthened the foot and improved agility. Arctometatarsals are present in Tyrannosaurs, Ornithomimimids and a few other dinosaur species. Excellent bone quality and color. This metatarsal bone is nearly complete. Excellent bone preservation. A Top Quality, Triceratops horridus toe bone (pes digit) from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. Triceratops was a large ceratopsian dinosaur found in the Hell Creek and Lance Creek formations which is know for three horns and the large frill protecting its neck. This is a great toe bone with excellent detail preserved and good color / patina. The last toe bone for digit 2 or 3 . You can see the "mushroom" appearance of proximal ends which is a characteristic of Triceratops and distinguishes it from a Hadrosaur toe bone. Triceratops bones are more difficult to find.
