An ULTRA RARE,  Top Quality 6-1/8" Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth, an upper jaw PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR tooth from Aurora, No. Carolina. A July Fossil of the Month selection. This Megalodon tooth has an incredible light tan colored crown with an excellent brown bourlette. Highest quality enamel with essentially no hydration cracks - rare for a big Meg tooth! Exceptional color. The serrations are large and razor sharp with an excellent tip serration. Fantastic serrations for a BIG Meg! The root is exceptional - an excellent tan color, no hydration cracks, extra wide and absolutely complete. The finest root that I have seen on a BIG Megalodon tooth. An Extra Large, GEM Harleyville Auriculatus tooth.  An excellent upper jaw lateral tooth. A November Fossil of the Month. Gorgeous tan crown with a brown colored bourlette, and tan root. A Scarce Megalodon tooth from Dakhla area, Western Sahara, Morocco. This tooth is attached to a piece of sandstone matrix with a quartz crystal pocket at the base - very unusual! These Megalodon teeth are great for gifts, class room, or starting your fossil shark tooth or Megalodon collection. These Megs are Miocene age - about 14 MYA. No repair or restoration. A Top Quality Prognathodon anceps tooth from the phosphate mining region, Khouribga, Morocco. P. anceps is one of the largest mosasaur species known with huge nearly round teeth used for crushing prey.  Exceptional condition and preservation.
