A LARGE, VERY RARE, Top Quality, partially rooted Leptoceratops gracilis tooth from the late Cretaceous of western North America. Leptoceratops is a smaller "ceratopsian" dinosaur found in the Hell Creek and Lance formations. A FANTASTIC polished display piece with two exposed EXTRA LARGE ammonites and an orthoceras. A third ammonite is also exposed when viewed from the top. All showing the intricate internal chamber structure.The rock matrix is a beautiful marble material and the Ammonite cavities are mineral filled! These ammonites and orthoceras are beautifully polished. A Top Quality Hadrosaur maxilla (upper jaw) section from the late Cretaceous (Horseshoe Canyon Fm.) of North America. This jaw section contains 10 exposed teeth. This hadrosaur or "duck-bill" dinosaur was found in the Horseshoe Canyon Formation in Alberta. The maxilla possessed 100s teeth that were in rows of teeth which acted as conveyor belt to maintain a chewing surface to cut and grind their food. This specimen is a section of the lower jaw includes ten rows of teeth. Bone quality is excellent. No restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Horseshoe Canyon Fm., Alberta, Canada. This is a complete upper jaw containing 100s exposed teeth. Parasaurolophus is a lambeosaur (crested) hadrosaur or "duck-bill" from the Judith River Formation in Montana. An ulta rare Top Quality Struthiomimus altus hand (manus) claw from the late Cretaceous of North America. Struthiomimus is a long legged, bipedal, toothless dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. The Struthiomimus means "ostrich mimic" which best describes this species. Excellent bone quality and color. The claw has some proximal end and the very tip is missing which is common. Excellent bone preservation. No repair or restoration.
