A rare, LARGE Top Quality Cave Lion canine tooth (Panthera spelaea) from Yakutia Region, Siberia. A March Fossil of the Month. Complete tooth with a small natural wear facet on the tip. An extra large, nicely prepared Hollardops sp. trilobite. Preparation is German directed with all original colors and no restoration. Excellent preservation and condition. Possibly an attempt to create serrations. There have been some C. hubellii GW transition teeth found in the mine.  This tooth has a rich tan crown and a light tan colored root. Excellent colors!  Razor sharp cutting edge. Excellent preservation - note nutrient hole on root. It is a Pliocene tooth from the Yorktown Fm. An excellent collector's tooth.
