A Top Quality Zuul crurivastator, an Ankylosaur, osteoderm or scute (bony armor plate) from the late Cretaceous of North America. The Campanian age Ankylosaurs grew to 20 feet and 6000 pounds, and a body covered with this bony armor. The bone is excellent quality with excellent color / patina. An excellent raised keell. An excellent group of three of Large, Top Quality Mucrospirifer thedfordensis brachiopods from Arkona, Ontario, Canada. Brachiopods are bivalve molluscs. Both valves present  - complete specimens and matrix free. Excellent preservation. This is a middle Devonian (395 mya) brachiopod. Authenticity guaranteed. A great display group!

An ultra rare, Top Quality Edestus heinrichi associted pair of whorls, from Herrin, Illinois. A July Fossil of the Month. This is a Paleozoic shark that lived in swamps that our now underground coal deposits. An ultra rare assoiiated pair of tooth whorls. Note - the crown tips are naturally rounded (polished)  which thought to be due to wear from the vertical whipping motion used to slice prey. Excellent preservation, serrations, and serration detail. The Edestus shark would have an upper and lower tooth whorl that are vertically opposed. Research showed that they could use their opposing teeth in a scissor-like motion or a vertical whipping motion to cut prey. It is the first animal to cut vertically. A very strange looking and unique acting shark. Shark recreation image is credited to Julio Lacerdo. These rare teeth are Pennsylvanian age from Illinois. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. This is the first associated whorl pait that I have seen.

A Top Quality Prognathodon anceps tooth from the phosphate mining region, Khouribga, Morocco. A fully rooted - very rare! A very rare, early Otodus obliquus anterior tooth from Kzil-Orda Region, Kazakhstan. Otodus obliquus is the ancestor to O. auriculatus (see detailed discussion below) which leads to Megalodon. The bourlette is large and complete. Exhibits no serrations. The starting species to serrated Otodus teeth. These teeth exhibit very good color, gloss, and preservation. A rare, early Eocene (Ypresian) Auriculatus transition tooth. A ~5" GEM JET BLACK colored Megalodon - lower jaw ANTERIOR tooth. An exceptional true black crown - not a charcoal gray color. Highest quality enamel - the surface is like glass!
