An EXTRA LARGE, Colorful, Top Quality Megalodon - upper jaw anterior tooth from West Java, Indonesia. This Megalodon has a tan colored crown with a GOLDEN tan  colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Fantastic color!  The bourlette is complete. The serrations are razor sharp with a razor sharp tip serration. Excellent serrations with one strange area. As seen on the left side of  photo #1, the serrations are short and each serration is perfectly rounded. This area appears to be a natural wear facet from striking an opposing tooth. extremely uncommon in sharks. Very strange. The root is excellent, great white color, and essentially complete with no display side erosion.  Miocene Age. No repair or restoration. Authenticity Guaranteed. The May 2015 Fossil of the Month. My BEST GEM, EXTRA LARGE Megalodon PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR upper jaw tooth from the Ashapoo River, So. Carolina. A "PICTURE" Meg with a gorgeous light brown ("Ashapoo") crown with charcoal colored "clouds". Highest quality enamel. The medium brown bourlette is incredible, very glossy, nearly complete, and very showy. The serrations are incredibly large and sharp with an excellent tip serration, and 100% complete - perfect!
