A rare LARGE, TOP QUALITY Megalonyx jeffersonii sloth claw from an extinct genus of giant ground sloths from Georgia. A February Fossil of the Month.  This sloth claw has excellent preservation, and is 100% complete with no damage. Great black bone color and texture with a highly articulated natural bone surface. A rare Top Quality Triceratops horridus occipital condyle from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. Triceratops was a large ceratopsian dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation which is known for three horns and the large frill protecting its neck. This is a beautiful 3-3/4" occipital condyle with excellent detail preserved. This large codyle has fantastic color and patina plus a large section of braincase is attached. Note - The occipital condyle was the connection point of the Triceratops massive skull to the vertebrae column, and it allowed for maximum rotation of the head. No repair or restoration. There is a small amount of repair at the base. Legally collected on private land in Powder River Co., Montana. Authenticity guaranteed. Note - this specimen weighs 2.5 lbs. An ultra rare Alopias palatasi shark tooth, the extinct serrated Giant Thresher, from Calvert Cliffs, Maryland. An August 2020 Fossil of the Month offering. Nice blue color. A rare, Top Quality Anzu wyliei caudal (tail) vertebra from the Hell Creek Fm. of Montana. Anzu is referred to as the "Chicken from Hell". An excellent vertebra. Excellent light brown color and patina. This specimen has excellent perservation. Note - the open cell structure of this theropod vertabra. Also note the large pneumatic fossa on the sides - an Anzu vertebra trait. There is a segment of tendon fossilized with this vertebra. A very rare, LARGE Megalodon tooth from New Caledonia. These Megalodon teeth are dredged from the New Caledonia area between Fiji and Australia. The deposit covers about 5 square miles and the water is about 1,000 feet deep. All dredging has stopped and no new teeth are available. This Megalodon tooth has an incredible light tan color. Excellent color. The enamel is worn with little damage. The serrations are worn. The root is complete. This tooth is Middle Miocene. No repair or restoration. Authenticity Guaranteed. A Colorful, Top Quality Megalodon - upper jaw anterior tooth from West Java, Indonesia. This Megalodon has a red draped over tan colored crown with a red & golden tan  colored bourlette.
