An ultra rare, Thalassocnus, a Swimming Sloth, claw. This sloth lived on the west coast of So. America during the late Miocene age. The rare claw is from the Bahia Inglesia Formation, Copiapo, Chile. Fantastic red color. Very good condition with minor damage (erosion). No repair.  I have not seen a swimming sloth claw for sale before. This is all of the sloth material that I have from 10+ years ago! A rare collector's claw.

A TOP QUALITY, 3" Classic Lee Creek Chubutensis tooth (predecessor of Megalodon) - ANTERIOR tooth. This Chubutensis has an incredible light tan colored crown with a light brown bourlette. Highest quality enamel with a few hydration cracks. Excellent color! The bourlette is excellent. The serrations are razor sharp - near perfect with needle-like tip serration. A TOP QUALITY, Lee Creek Otodus chubutensis, a O. megalodon predecessor, from Aurora, No. Carolina. This tooth was found in the Pungo River Formation (middle Miocene age). Note the crown exhibits cusplike bumps at the base of the serrated edge and the root ends also show grooves where the teeth interlocked. These are characteristic traits of the Lee Creek early Meg - Otodus chubutensis. A gorgeous tan colored crown with a light brown bourlette. Great serrations. The root is tan colored and complete. Note - the tip was repaired as well as the bottom ~25% of the serrations on the left side. Highest quality enamel! Fantastic color! Authenticity guaranteed.
