A TOP QUALITY, EXTRA LARGE & very rare Archaeocete whale, Zygorhiza kochii. Our November Fossil of the Month is a highly desirable Zygorhiza molar or "yoke" tooth.  An exceptional light brown colored crown and tan root. Nicely articulated. Complete root. This tooth has minimal repair to 2nd & 4th cusp on the left side and a small amount to the 4th cusp on the right side. Very little repair overall for a yoke tooth which are typically heavily repaired.  The BEST Archaeocete molar that I have seen from So. Carolina in a long time. A very rare collector's tooth. An Ultra Rare, LARGE copper-red Parotodus benedeni tooth from the Meherrin River, No. Carolina. Rare deep copper red color with exceptional gloss. Highest quality enamel. Great preservation and condition - extra sharp edges and needle-like tip - very clean & very rare. The root shows very nice detail and is complete and extra large with a little surface pitting. This tooth appears to be a Yorktown Fm., Pliocene age tooth. No repair or restoration.  Exceptional color! An exceptional, rare collector's tooth! Authenticity guaranteed. A Top Quality, Extra Large Sperm whale tooth, Scaldicetus sp., from the ACE river basin, So. Carolina. A Miocene age whale tooth.
