An ULTRA RARE, Top Quality 5-7/8" Tyrannosaurus rex tooth with root. This crown measures 2-1/4" and is root thick (1-1/2"). The crown and root enamel has very good color and patina. Serrations are worn and there is some enamel peel. Tip end is worn round which is very typical with adult Rex teeth. Several cracks in the crown were filled and stabilized. The root has no hydration cracks - incredible quality. You will not find a better quality root! A top quality, massive Rex tooth from an adult T. Rex. T-Rex was the apex during the late Cretaceous with massive teeth capable of crushing its prey. See the detailed description to determine how to tell a real T-Rex tooth! An Ultra Rare, Top Quality 5" Sharktooth Hill Megalodon tooth found in the Round Mountain Silt near Bakersfield, California. A location that produces very few Megalodon teeth and one of the toughest Megs to locate. A November 2020 Fossil of the Month. This tooth is still embeded in its original Round Mountain silt matrix. Highest quality enamel with a super rare, natural solid WHITE color. This tooth is truly white, and the color is not due to mineralization or sun bleaching. The bourlette is a white color and complete. The serrations are extra large and 100% complete (please note that 1/8" of the tip was professionally restored). The root is nicely articulated and complete. Also note the large grooves on the root ends - a Miocene trait. This is a middle Miocene Meg - very unique!  100% natural. No repair or restoration other the very tip. You will not see these middle Miocene Sharktooth Hill Megs from Bakersfield, California very often. A Top Quality, 4-1/2" Classic Peruvian Early Megalodon tooth. Our 2nd February 2017 Fossil of the Month. This Megalodon has an incredible tan colored crown with an excellent tan bourlette. Highest quality enamel. The bourlette is excellent and essentially complete. The serrations are extra large and razor sharp with an excellent tip serration. The root is an excellent reddish brown color and complete. This Megalodon was found in the Ocucate area of Peru (Miocene age). Note -  the "root ears"on the root, root wing grooves, the exceptionally large serrations, and Chubutensis-like humps at the base of the serrations - all Miocene traits. A top quality example of a classic Peruvian Miocene Megalodon tooth considering the shape, color, and preservation. An exceptional collector's tooth from the old days! Museum Quality Megalodon. A GEM, 4-7/8"+" Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth - an upper jaw PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR tooth. This Meg has an incredible light tan and blue colored crown with an excellent brown bourlette. Highest quality enamel - complete! Exceptional color! The bourlette is excellent and complete! The serrations are large and razor sharp - perfect. An excellent tip serration. Exceptional serrations for a big Meg! The root is an excellent tan color and absolutely complete. This Megalodon was found in the Pungo River Formation, Lee Creek mine, NC (Miocene age = 15 MYA). This tooth is from an old collection. One of the finest examples of a classic upper jaw anterior Lee Creek Megs considering the shape, color, and preservation.
