A HIGH QUALITY, 6-1/4" No. Carolina Megalodon tooth - ANTERIOR tooth. This Megalodon has an incredible tan colored crown which turns to orange at the base of the crown. It has an exceptional mahogany brown bourlette with a natural two toned color. Highest quality enamel. Incredible tan and orange color! The serrations are razor sharp with an excellent tip serration. Excellent serrations for a really big Meg! The root is an excellent tan color with very few no hydration cracks and complete. This Megalodon was found offshore of Wilmington, No. Carolina. Megalodon teeth from this locations are typically damaged and worn due to ocean currents and rarely rate above commercial grade. This BIG Meg is an exception. It has excellent enamel, serrations, and color! A very rare find for this this location. It does have two small aesthetic repair s done. On the right of the tip (short side) the serrated edge was restored and the very top of the bourlette was restored.  The end result is a very attractive  and affordable BIG Meg tooth which will fit as the center piece of someone's collection. You are not going to find a more attractive 6-1/4" Megalodon tooth and never one from Wilmington, NC. A great buy!

A TOP QUALITY, very rare Basilosaurus cetoides, an Archaeocete whale tooth found in the Suwanee River, Suwanee Co., Florida. An excellent canine or incisor tooth (see photo for tooth positions).  An incredible red colored crown and a brown root. Nicely articulated. Note - enamel tip shows a very small wear pattern on crown. Whales do not shed their teeth like the sharks so there teeth will wear with age. A very rare, Top Quality juvenile premaxillary Tyrannosaurus rex  tooth . This tooth measures 7/8".  The enamel has excellent color and patina. Excellent serrations on the right carina. A Top Quality Edmontosaurus humerous bone from the late Cretaceous of North America. Edmontosaurus is a very large hadrosaur or "duck-bill" dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. This is a juvenile Edmontosaurus humerous (upper arm) bone. Bone quality is excellent. Some crack fill. No restoration. An ultra rare, top quality 5-5/8" Sharktooth Hill Megalodon tooth. A location that produces very few large Megalodon teeth and one of the toughest Megs to locate. Note - the interlocking indentations along the side of the root lobes. This characteristic is only seen in the early to middle Miocene Megs - very unique!  A Museum quality specimen. No repair! An incredible Top Quality Megalodon tooth from Georgia and a June 2018 Fossil of the Month. The crown has a fantastic charcoal gray with light gray and black serrations. The crown also has a very unique wide” spade-like” shape. The enamel is the Highest Quality; glass-like with few hydration cracks! An exceptional, extra large black bourlette – nearly perfect.
