A MONSTER, 6-1/4" Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth - upper jaw PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR tooth from Aurora, No. Carolina. This Megalodon has an incredible light tan colored crown with a large brown colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Fantastic color! The crown is very wide (4-3/8") - incredible! The bourlette is excellent, extra large and 40% perfect. The serrations are razor sharp with an excellent tip serration. Good serrations for a big Meg tooth - razor sharp! The root is an gray color with typical hydration cracks and complete. This Megalodon was found in the Yorktown Formation, Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina (Pliocene age = 4.5 MYA). Edmontosaurus is a very large hadrosaur or "duck-bill" dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. This bone is phalanx ! from toe II, the largest phalanx bone.  Bone quality is good. Some crack fill. Legally collected on private land in the Hell Creek Fm., Harding Co., So. Dakota. A Leptopius duponti - fossil Weevil cocoon from Eyre Pennisula, South Australia. They are known as "pixie clogs". These cacoons were spun by the weevils in their pupae stage to protect them during metamorphosis into adult beetles. Excellent preservation. Note - 1-5/16" thick. This is a late Pleistocene - Holocene trace fossil. A unique display piece!

An incredible polished Goniatites sp., an early ammonite-like cephalopod showing the intricate internal chamber structure. The rock matrix is a beautiful marble material and the cavities are mineral filled! These Goniatites are beautifully polished on all sides. A thick specimen (1-3/8").  Authenticity gauranteed.
